Our Control Room

Being operational 24/7, with the support of a back-up Generator, our Control Room is immune to the frequent electrical power failures, thus our Control Room "never goes down".

The control room features state of the art Computerised Radio and Alarm Monitoring Equipment. The Baron vehicle tracking system is housed and monitored therein.

SMS notification: alarm / panic / electric fence activations *

• Each time an alarm, panic button and / or electric fence signal is received, the respective client is automatically sent an SMS notification of such activation.
• The SMS notification system eliminates the time consuming (and possibly life changing) telephone notification process.

Monitoring of "Opening & Closing" Signals *

• Each time a respective client's alarm is activated or de-activated, an SMS is generated, and sent to the nominated responsible recipient.
• Furthermore, this event is viewed on the Computerized Alarm Monitoring Equipment.
• This service can also be used as a management tool, keeping, inter-alia, Business Owners informed as to the times their offices / retail outlets are opened and closed.
